You know what the best thing is about being in your 40s? You can say "Been there, done that" and it is most likely true. Especially for me. I almost feel bad for my son, because he so really cannot get anything past me. However, I do not want to look like I have been there and done that. I want to look fresh and cute. Okay how about cute? Fresh might not be the adjective for me anymore, but (and if I could type that in a sing song way I would)...I have been fortunate enough to get a chance to try a little something to get me through thanks to Anna from Hachette Book Group. What do you do to destress or decompress? I have a few things that I like to do. One is color in coloring books. I don't know why, but when I pick up a vintage coloring book and just get my crayon action going, I feel much calmer and more serene. I think it just takes me back to childhood.

To destress I go outside and garden, or I take a hot bath and read a book at the same time. I have 5 kids so I am constantly destressing, or trying to anyways.
