Oh Yeah...That's Right...I'm In My 40s Giveaway Part 2
GIVEAWAY CLOSEDYou know what the best thing is about being in your 40s? You can say "Been there, done that" and it is most likely true. Especially for me. I almost feel bad for my son, because he so really cannot get anything past me. However, I do not want to look like I have been there and done that. I want to look fresh and cute. Okay how about cute? Fresh might not be the adjective for me anymore, but (and if I could type that in a sing song way I would)...I have been fortunate enough to get a chance to try a little something to get me through thanks to Anna from Hachette Book Group. Not only do I get to try this but so will five readers! YAY!!!!! What is that little something?

Any other additional entries will be counted IF this one is done first. This is actually about destressing which really I think is a beauty and health necessity. What do you do to destress or decompress? I have a few things that I like to do. One is color in coloring books. I don't know why, but when I pick up a vintage coloring book and just get my crayon action going, I feel much calmer and more serene. I think it just takes me back to childhood.

I play my flute to de-stress. If I'm really tired though and feeling like I don't want to play (or the kids are asleep) I will take a bubblebath and read a magazine.

To destress I go down to the ocean. I live on an island, so I don't have to go far; I find the ocean extremely calming and peaceful.
Thanks

I destress by reading through blogs on the internet. I don't enjoy writing in mine but I enjoy following others.
Thanks for the giveaway!
I would love to win.
I would like to read this book considering I am 43.
I blogged about the giveaway here:

Listening to '80s music does it for me. ;)
I get a massage. If I can't get in to get one, I read a book in the hot tub.
To destress I go outside and garden, or I take a hot bath and read a book at the same time. I have 5 kids so I am constantly destressing, or trying to anyways.
To destress I drink a cup of tea, read a book, soak in the tub, or walk in the forest. Not all at once of course! :P Very hard to find a tub in the forest. Thanks for the contest! :)
I read a book to destress.
To help me destress I go for very long walks, that last at least two hours.
